Setting up time, for each venue is slightly different, but is normally 1 hour.
Booking, is easy, just let me know your address and I will send you a booking form and wedding party planner, sign and return the booking form along with a £25 deposit cheque, to book your date. The remaining balance should be returned at least 14 days before the event, along with your wedding planner, or you can obviously pay in full and return your wedding planner now or later the choice is yours.
The Wedding Planner, supplied on booking, covers everything from first dance choice, to room uplighting colours, music playlist, dedications, announcements, etc, this will ensure your night runs smoothly and professionally.
Your Local Dj, Alan is Cardiff based, we are not an agency and we never sub contract the event.
Important, please return deposits and booking forms as soon as possible, as we occasionally receive enquiries that don't materialize, your date will not be booked until we receive a deposit and operate on a first come first served basis.
Finally, We recommend to all couples, that you buy the best evening entertainment you can afford, evening entertainment is allways last on the list, yet this is the longest part of the day, make sure it is well catered for, so even if you don't use Alan, make sure you book someone you can trust and not a friend with an I POD !.
