Booking is easy, a booking form and wedding party planner will be posted to you, sign and return the booking form along with a £25 deposit to secure the date, then return the wedding party planner along with the balance of payment 14 days before the event.


The wedding party planner covers everything from the first dance choice, to room uplighting colour, music request, event timings etc. this will ensure the day runs smoothly and professionally.


Music playlist are welcome, these should consist of songs that our personal favourites for you, your family and friends, of course I know what music to play to get everyone up on the floor, this changes constantly as music fads come and go and I am happy to take request from guests on the night.


Sound and lighting, only professional sound and lighting equipment is used that can cover large or small venues.


Setting up time is approximately 1hour.


About me, I started out as a mobile DJ in Dorchester, progressing to a large night club in Weymouth. Since marrying my Welsh bride and moving to Cardiff, I have worked everywhere from hotels to castles, now the resident DJ for the Park Plaza Hotel for the last 11 years covering most of their in house work whilst working freelance for myself.


Public liability insurance and P.A.T certificates are held and available on request.


Back up equipment is carried to all functions, so the party can continue.


Dress code is always formal suit and tie.


Preparation, alot of work and preparation is put into every wedding to make sure that it runs smoothly and professionally on the day.


Bands, I love working with bands and have worked alongside most of the local artist ensuring that between us we give you the best night possible. I normally cover all the background music up to the first dance followed by the bands first 45 min set, around this time the buffet is ready so I play background music while your guest enjoy their food. Once finished the band do their second and final set with me finishing of the evening until 12 or 1am.


Photo's are taken during the day and night, these can either be posted on my Facebook page for you to download and share or not, the choice is your's there is a yes or no tick box on the planner. If you have chosen no then I will only post an anonomous picture of my disco set up at the venue for future brides.


Prices, the price you see is the price you pay, no vat or hidden extra charges.


Important, please return booking forms as soon as possible, due to the high volume of enquiries unfortunately the date cannot be booked until a signed booking form and deposit are received.


Finally, it is hopefully your one and only time for a super wedding day so it's important to get it right! please thoroughly check your suppliers reviews and feedback.
